The Equipment Technician is assigned to oversee and be responsible for the Music Equipment office. The center serves as a one-stop wellness hub where students can meet with a Wellness Coach to receive personalized support for their basic needs. Programming in the BNs & Student Support center will address basic needs intake sessions, educational literacy, CalFresh application assistance, swipe out assistance, BNs grant request assistance, housing intake, trauma-informed and financial literacy and much more. Our students' well-being impacts their basic needs being addressed, sense of belonging, persistence, graduation rate, and overall experience. This position is temporary and will work in the department of Basic Needs & Student Support to empower students in developing skills, behaviors, and mindsets to maintain healthy well-being. This position will provide outreach, educational workshops, connect students directly to services, and coach students to achieve holistic wellness.
