Custodial Pool
Applications are being accepted to fill short-term temporary, Custodian positions across our campus with the possibility of eventual permanent hire. Positions may last from one day to several months. This applicant pool will be used to fill vacant positions on an as-needed basis throughout the year.

Positions may be eligible for a broad range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, retirement (CalPERS), tuition waiver, vacation and sick leave. In addition, 14 paid holidays are offered each year; 13 scheduled on specific days and a Personal Holiday that may be taken any time during the year.

Compensation
Lead Custodian Salary Range: $3,690 - $6,062 per month
Custodian Salary Range: $3,680 - $4,951 per month
Work Schedule / Hours
1st Shift: Monday - Friday / 7:00am to 3:30pm
2nd Shift: Tuesday - Saturday / 2:30pm to 11:00pm (3-day training on 1st Shift / 7:00am to 3:30pm)
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday / 9:00pm to 5:30am (3-day training on 1st Shift / 7:00am to 3:30pm)
Shift Differential Pay
2nd Shift: $1.35/hour
3rd Shift: $2.30/hour
