Job Summary

• Assist with commissioning, testing, documentation, and tier support coordination to ensure classroom readiness.
• Provide basic support with escalated tickets, resolving common system issues, and providing timely support.
• Assist staff during peak support windows to reduce overall response times.
• Apply general knowledge with continuing efforts in commissioning, testing, documentation, and tier support coordination.
• Assist with developing, planning, documenting, and ensuring projector swaps to maintain classroom technology standards. 
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree (additional qualifying experience may be substituted for up to two years of required education on a year-for-year basis)

Salary:

Anticipated Hiring Range: $21.42 - $23.56 per hour

Classification Range: $21.42 - $41.24 per hour
